Update
Ack. It's been a while, no? Pretty much all I've listened to in the past week or two (although it's been far longer than that -- two months, actually! TOTAL COINCIDENCE!) has been Paul's "Girls Go Ska" CD (I'm never giving it back!!) and at work, my MP3s. Such as:
* Guided By Voices, "Chasing Heather Crazy"
* Pedro the Lion, "Bad Diary Days"
* Tuscadero, "Nancy Drew"
* Everything from the Stephen Malkmus album, like, obsessively
* Almost everything from the soon-to-be-released new Weezer, almost obsessively
I'm a little boring these days.

275 MP3s
Yeah. I have 275 MP3s on my work computer. (P.S.: I am currently a sad, cubicle-dwelling new media temp.) So no CDs for me these days. But to appease all you devout Lisaradio fans (all two of you! hahah hardy har fucking har), here are some of the most popular MP3 plays on this rainy, cold NYC Friday.
* Chavez, "Unreal is Here"
* Maceo Parker, "Pass the Peas (Live)"
* Cub, "Little Star"
* Ben Lee, "Cigarettes Will Kill You" (I don't know why, but I love this song)
* Sebadoh, "License to Confuse" ("I'm not attractive today/I'm not a sight for sore eyes...")
* Mazzy Star, "Blue Flower" (hot damn, I love Napster)
* Young Fresh Fellows, "Still There's Hope" (ditto)
* Ultra Vivid Scene & Kim Deal, "Special One" (ditto)
* Kurtis Blow, "Basketball"
* Jonathan Richman, "Government Center"
* Joan Jett, "Bad Reputation" (hot damn, I love Joan Jett)
* Young and Restless, "B Girls" (where's that tune from??)
* Poison, "Fallen Angel" (ah, Poison)
* Dismemberment Plan, "The Ice of Boston" ("Gladys, girl, I love you, but oh! Get a life!")
* My Bloody Valentine, "Soft as Snow (But Warm Inside)"
* Bon Jovi, "Runaway" (because I'm a Jersey girl at heart)
* Tuscadero, "Crayola"
* The Donnas, "I Don't Wanna to Go to School" ("...I just want my Taco Bell." Me too. I'm going to lunch.)
